REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Class registration is on a first come first served basis
 up to the start of the first class.

By Phone: The Villages College (352)753-3035, 9:00a.m to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by using MasterCard or Visa.


By Mail: Complete the registration form and mail with a check or credit card information, to The Villages College Department, 251 Buffalo Trail, The Villages, FL 32162. Do not send cash! Mailing your registration will not guarantee you a space in a class. You may call The Villages College at 753-3035 to make sure your registration was received.

E-mail: College@TheVillages.com and request a continuing education and personal enrichment class registration form. The form will be e-mailed back to you. You may either print out the registration form, fill it out and fax, mail or drop off the form to The Village Lifelong Learning Office with payment for the class, or e-mail the form back with information. This is not a web site address.

By Fax: Once you receive and fill out your application, you may fax your registration form, if you are paying by credit card. Make sure the pertinent account information is written on the form, then fax the form to (352) 750-6047.


In Person: Bring your completed registration form on page 52 to The Villages Charter High School just off of 466 at 251 Buffalo Trail, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and TVLLC Gift Certificates. Make checks payable to TVLLC.

Class Confirmations: Students will receive class confirmation within five (5) business days.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Class Fees: Fees for classes are noted in this class catalog. Please note that some classes require supplies at an additional cost to the student. Fees are required at time of registration.

Cancellation: If registration does not secure the minimum number required to hold the class, the class will be canceled and a full refund/credit will be issued to the registered students. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase.

Refunds: A 50% refund will be given for continuing education and personal enrichment classes prior to the start of the first class for that session. No refunds will be issued after the first class.

Transfers: You may transfer into another section of the same class or another class (if space is available). Please check space availability first by calling 753-3035.

Waiting List: You may place your name on a waiting list for full classes. If a space becomes available, you will be notified and any fees will be due. Please do not go to the class unless you are notified. This will not automatically enroll you in the next class.

Make-up Classes: Classes postponed or not held by the instructor, due to emergencies, holidays or special activities, will be made up by the instructor. Classes missed by the participant will not be made up.
